NOTE: if you see “Waitlist,” that means that age group is FULL.

Please include ALL parents/guardians when completing registration. 

If your registration goes to waitlist, please fully submit your player’s registration and we notify you if a spot opens up.

Your card will not be charged unless your player is rostered to a team.
